These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Southwest Property Watch website and the home watch services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Southwest Property Watch provides home watch services including, but not limited to, scheduled property inspections, mail and package collection, key holding, vendor coordination, and detailed photo reporting, as described on our website and in your service plan.

Home watch services are not a substitute for homeowner's insurance, security systems, or property management services. We provide visual inspections and reporting; we do not guarantee prevention of all property damage, theft, or loss.

Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property access information, including keys, gate codes, and alarm instructions. Southwest Property Watch will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any issues discovered during a scheduled visit.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our service plans and add-on services is listed on our website and is subject to change with notice. Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of service enrollment. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel monthly service plans at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at enrollment. No long-term contract is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southwest Property Watch's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties, contractors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Insurance

Southwest Property Watch maintains business insurance as represented on our website. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and service information accurate but do not guarantee the website is error-free at all times.

Changes to These Terms
